Jerry Wayne Hamilton, age 54, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, January 09, 2020. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired paramedic from Maury Regional EMS, employed with Fast Pace Urgent Care, a member of the Columbia Police Department SWAT Team where he served as a medic, and of the Church of Christ Faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Pete Hamilton. He is survived by his wife, four children , his mother, one sister, one brother, and four grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2020, with Roger Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow at John Lay Cemetery in Ethridge, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
