Mrs. Janet Elaine Michaletz Moore, age 79, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on October 21, 1940 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. She was the loving daughter of the late Frank Edward, Jr. and Linda Schmidt Michaletz. She was raised in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, grew up in the Algoma Lutheran Church and graduated from high school there in 1959. She moved to Madison in 1979 from Mt. Vernon, Iowa and was employed with the Madison State Hospital as an attendant for 23 years. She shared a companionship with Bill Moore since the 1980's and they were united in marriage on June 6, 2002 in Carrollton, Kentucky. After she retired she worked as a greeter at the Madison Wal-Mart for ten years. She enjoyed her animals, loved gardening, shopping, and raising flowers. Janet was awaiting the birth of another great grandchild. Janet died on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Water's of Clifty Falls in Madison, Indiana. p.m.

Janet will be missed by her loving husband, William "Bill" Charles Moore of Madison, Indiana; her loving sons, Randall Jacquart of Seattle, Washington, Terry Jacquart of Madison, Indiana; her loving daughter, Michelle Vessel and her husband, Lynn of Deputy, Indiana; her loving grandchildren, Eden, Brandon, Tyler, Rochelle, Brooke (fiancée', Benny), and Josh (Samantha); her adoring great grandchildren, David, Marley, Anne, Addie, Kenzie, and Jordan Scott; her brothers, Lee Michaletz and his wife, Sue of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Gene Michaletz of Kewaunee, Wisconsin; her sister in law, Judy Buchheit of Hanover, Indiana; her brother in law, Ronald Moore of Scottsburg, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Edward Michaletz, Jr., her mother, Linda Schmidt Michaletz, her sister in law, Donna Michaletz, her brother in law, Earl Buchheit, died December 11, 2018, and her father in law and mother in law, Claude Moore, died June 17, 2006 and Elsie Grace Schmidlap Moore, died May 12, 2008.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 13, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana.

Friends may visit Sunday from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
