A native of Stuart, Iowa, Mr. Henney had worked as a rural mail carrier in Colorado and as a railway mail clerk in southern California. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Felton.
He is survived by his wife, Elray T. Henney of Ben Lomond; two sons, Floyd and Frank Henney of Southern California; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Marshall of Action, Mrs. Jean Hulsey of Downey and Mrs. Lillin Hively of Southgate; three brothers, Edward Henney of Washington, Henry Henney of Palmdale and Forest Henney of Ventura; two sisters, Mrs. Naomi Taylor of Glendale. and Mrs. Alice Beckwith of Redding ; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at White's Chapel, 138 Walnut Ave., with the Rev. Aram Philibosian of the First Baptist Church of Felton officiating
Interment will be in Oakwood Memorial Park.
