Doris, 87, of Eaton Rapids, MI. passed away on Friday, October 18, 2013. Doris was born to Clarence and Ruth (Bartlett) Locke.
She married her high school sweetheart, Robert Noble in 1945 and had 2 children. Doris worked for Horner Woolen Mill and later for WR Thomas dime store in Eaton Rapids.
Robert passed away in 1978, she later married William Olney in 1980; William passed away in 1988.
Doris enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and her cats.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, sister, Mary Jane Terwilliger; brothers, William Locke, and Harold Locke.
Surviving are her children, Robert Ray (Ruth Ann) Noble, Sally Miller; grandchildren, Michelle (Mike Bradfield), Angela (Keith Hultberg), Kari, Stephanie Miller; great grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Ron, Justin, Alex, Hannah, Ian; great great grandson, Zane; brother, Lawrence Locke; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Eaton Community Palliative Care, and Great Lakes Home Hospice for the special care they gave.
