TRINITY – Marian Frances Lowe Bundy, 94, died Sunday, December 29, 2019, at Graybrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 9, 1925, in Guilford County and was the daughter of the late Nerius Clyde and Myrtle Anderson Lowe. She was a retired bookkeeper with J.B. White Construction Company and a member of Oak Hill Friends Meeting. Marian enjoyed cross-stitching, reading the newspaper, flowers and gardening. She was a loving and giving wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William Bundy; a daughter, Dana Longaker; two sisters, Jo Ann Robbins and Katherine Hedrick; and five brothers, Nolan Lowe, Edmund Lowe, Charles Lowe, Richard Lowe and Forest “Pete” Lowe.
Marian is survived by daughter, Tammy Cruthis of Archdale; son, Steve Bundy of Thomasville; son-in-law, John Longaker of High Point; grandson, Taylor Cruthis (Lauren) of Trinity; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service celebrating Marian’s life will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, January 4, 2020, in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service with Rev. Roger Carmichael officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:45 to 11:45 AM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service. The family will also receive friends following the committal service at the home of her son-in-law, John Longaker.
