James died aged 18 at St. Jones(?) Road, Folkestone and was buried 1 Sep 1874.

We believe he is remembered in the middle of his parents' headstone (the grave in front of his), but the surface has fallen off. The headstone has a transcription in the Folkestone & District Family History Society records (ref. B43 - 10).
