He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Middleton, a son, Michael Middleton, and three sisters, Dorothy Hatley, Helen Cummings, and Peggy Hooker.
Terry enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He also liked to hunt, fish, and ride motorcycles, and was also a very talented carpenter. Terry graduated class of 1968 from Caruthersville High School.
He leaves the following to cherish his memory, son, Lee Middleton of Caruthersville, daughter in law, Rita Middleton of Caruthersville, three grandsons, Perry, Jamie, and Joey Middleton, four great grandsons, Andrew, Gage, Eli, and Riggins Middleton, one great granddaughter, Willow Wallace, two brothers, William and Bill Middleton, one sister, Roberta Anderson, and a host of many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, December 26 at 2 p.m. at the John W. German Funeral Home with Brother Jim Tom Pilcher officiating. Burial was in Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville. Pallbearers were Perry, Jamie, Joey, Stacy, and Tommy Middleton, and Chris Miller.
