She was born July 13, 1941 in Paintsville to the late Sidney and Judy Arrowood Howard. Sara was a homemaker. On February 18, 1960 in Columbus, OH she married Delano Lemaster who precedes her in death (October 4, 2002). Surviving are 3 sons; Ronnie Lemaster, Scotty Lemaster of West Van Lear, and Timothy Steven Lemaster, 1 brother; Lowell Ray Howard of West Van Lear, 1 sister; Alice Fitch of Meally, 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and a special companion, her dog Candy Lynn. Friends may visit the Preston Funeral Home on Monday July 20 from 12 noon until 2 P.M. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday at 2 P.M. in the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with William Canterbury officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date in the Skaggs/Young Cemetery in Lowmansville.
