Aaron D. McDaniel, 88-year-old retired coal miner, died Friday night at the home of his son, Samuel, 316 South Fourth street, following a stroke of paralysis.
Born in Pomeroy, Mr. McDaniel came here six years ago from Glouster.
He is survived by his son, and one daughter, Mrs. Josie Collins, Glouster, 14 grand children, 20 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements, which have not been completed, will be directed by the Keck funeral home.
