Helen M. McDaniel, 83, of Ironton, OH died Thursday, December 12, 2019 in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. She was born May 9, 1936 in Ironton, OH, a daughter of the late Raymond and Delphia Clark DuFour. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll McDaniel and 2 sisters, Bernice Ratliff and Louise Aldridge. Helen is survived by her children, Janet (Don) Aldridge Perky of Coal Grove, OH, Penny Lewis of Ironton, OH, Cindy Wilson of Coal Grove, OH, Alden (Cheryl) McDaniel of Kitts Hill, OH, Larry (Vicki) McDaniel of Coal Grove, OH, Jerry (Peggy) McDaniel of Kitts Hill, OH and Lisa (Scott) Black of Ironton, OH; 17 grandchildren, Andrew Bowman, Anthony Bowman, Cameron Roach, Jason Lewis, Shannon Lewis, Shelly McDaniel, Billy McDaniel, Chris McDaniel, Shawn McDaniel, J.D. McDaniel, Sarah McDaniel, David McDaniel, Michael McDaniel, Matthew McDaniel and Alicia Bailey; nine great grandchildren Sarah, Haley, Lauren, Derick, Isabella, Zachary , Rylee, McKenzie, Kiersten, Parker, Gunner, Ryan and J C; two great grandchildren, Addlynn and Mason. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Coal Grove Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Jeff Canfield officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, OH.
