Died at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 1978, at her son's residence in Walker. She was 79, a native of Walker.

Body at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, with visiting from 3 to 11 p.m. Tuesday. Religious services at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Friendship Methodist Church, Walker, conducted by the Rev. P. W. Sibley and the Rev. Frank Stage. Burial in Vickers Cemetery, Walker.

Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Alma Brandt, Baton Rouge; a son, Homer Graham, Walker; four sisters, Mrs. Allie Graham, Mrs. Emma Wascom, Mrs. Vivian Cronk and Mrs. Carrie Watson, all of Walker; four brothers, Leo Covington, Sidney Covington, Edward Covington and Erlo Covington, all of Walker; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Julius A. Graham.
