Frances L. Best Seager of Newfield, New York passed away at Cayuga Ridge in Ithaca, New York on Friday September 16, 2016 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by parents, Charles and Lillian Liddiard; her first husband, Richard Best; her daughter Marlea (Clyde) Myers; her brothers, Lewis and Robert; and her sister Ruth.
She enjoyed traveling, especially to her summer home on Lake Lamoka; and loved to cook and bake for her family. She retired from the Owego-Apalachin School system.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
