According to her pension application for Civil War benefits her husband Jeremiah Foreman died in Indian Territory on July 23, 1886. He was buried at Cox Cemetery in Joplin, Missouri and he has a headstone there.

A recently discovered newspaper obituary confirms that Mary Foreman died in Indian Territory on November 2, 1894. This was also the date of the last record of Civil War pension benefits from the service of her husband Jeremiah Foreman. The newspaper article stated she died of malaria fever.

The article stated she had lived in Indian Territory for eight years on a farm twenty miles southwest of Baxter Springs, Kansas. This would have been in the area northwest of Miami, Indian Territory. This is the area where her daughter Josie Foreman Turney was living with her husband James Andrew Turney. The oldest Turney children were born northwest of Miami on Elm Creek. The uncle of James Andrew Turney, George Henry Roberts, operated a sawmill on the Neosho River until about 1899.

The article stated Mary Foreman was buried at the East Joplin Cemetery. I discovered that the graves at the East Joplin Cemetery were removed in order to build a children's home and reburied at the Fairview Cemetery about 1904. I'm assuming that Mary's grave was removed and she was reburied at Fairview Cemetery based on this information.
