Billie enjoyed shopping, traveling, watching sports and NASCAR and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by one son; companion. Roy Scott; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Billie was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammie Brock; brother, Wayne Gross; and sister, Betty Saylor.
Visitation will be from 10-11 AM on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Goodwin Funeral Home 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral celebration will begin at 11 AM following visitation at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
