Chris was born in Newfane, New York on May 25, 1965, to the late Cristobal and Mary Rodriguez.
Chris served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps, from 1983-1990. After his service in the Marine Corps, he returned to Rochester, New York and served as a deputy for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, from 1999- 2008. During his time with the Sheriff’s Department, he began working as a security guard at West Irondequoit Central School District from 2004-2019.
Chris is predeceased by his parents, Cristobal and Mary Rodriguez
He is survived by his three brothers, Fred, Juan, and Marcos; his children, Damita, Mateo, and Olivia; his nieces, Amaris and Ava; his nephew, Grant; his grandson, Andrew; and his girlfriend, Janet.
Chris' calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, New York 14626, on Thursday, November 21, 2019, from 4:00pm-7:00pm, with a Funeral Service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Bath National Cemetery privately at the convenience of the family.
