Nathaniel Fay Austin formerly of Blytheville, Arkansas, passed away on November 21, 2019 in Russellville, AR.


He was predeceased by his parents, Conley Fay Austin and Virginia Lee McCormick Austin; and his brother, Edward Lee Austin.


He is survived by his significant other, Judy Rae Lawton; his daughters, Allison Nicole Austin, Keely Rochelle Austin and Laila Mae James; his son-in-law, John Puhr; his grandsons, Alex and Evan Austin-Puhr; his brother, James L. (J. L.) Austin and wife, Rebecca; his Aunt Bonnie Nell Lewis; and also Everleigh Lawton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.


A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Russellville Country Club, Dover, AR.


Dr. Austin was a 1971 graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine, who specialized in Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery.
