Gary Wayne Butler, age 43, of Mooresboro, TN, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019.

Born November 9, 1976, in Cleveland County, NC; son of Wayne Butler (Bonita) and Sherry McCraw (Keith Miller).

Worked as a carpenter most of his life, enjoyed watching NASCAR, and shooting pool; was a loving and kindhearted person who had a giving heart; was an animal lover; and enjoyed the outdoors.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Donnie and Ruth Butler; and grandfather, Allen Gerald Walker.

Other survivors include his companion, Sharon Shay Sibbett; sons, Dakota Ryan Burton and Patrick Shane Burton; sisters, Bambi Alley (Chad) and April Suttle (Robbie); brother, Jonathan Butler; stepfather, Danny McCraw; grandmother, Jessie Ann Gossett (Clevie); several nieces and nephews; and his pet dog, Lily.

The funeral service was conducted at 3:00 pm, Friday, November 22, 2019, at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Michael Sepaugh officiating; interment in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
