Scott J. Ford, 35, of Trivoli was pronounced dead Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Oct. 4, 1969, in Peoria to Steve and Kathy Foley Ford.
Surviving are his parents of Trivoli; one brother, Jason (and Sarah) of Mascoutah; and his grandparents, Jewell Foley of Peoria and Shirley McNeal of Tucson, Ariz.
He was a Navy veteran, serving from 1987 to 1991.
A member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 34, he was an electrician at Copper Creek Electric for 13 years.
Burial will be in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Glasford.
