Son of Grant Christensen Bingham and Ellen Ferguson

Married Janice Lamey, 3 February 2001, Clark, Nevada

Obituary - The wind took Mike from this Earth and swept him off to Heaven to be with the angels. He was welcomed by his parents, Grant and Ellen, his wife Jan, and his sister Darlene. Mike is survived by his daughter Tiffany and son-in-law Dustan; his siblings Larry, Lenna & Randy, Rod & Mercy, and Tom & Cindy. As well as his many nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.

Mike was born and raised in Logan, Utah. Upon graduating from high school in 1864 he bravely served in the Army overseas until 1968. He then moved to California to be close to his family and his Dad got him his first job at General Motors. A few years later he was blessed with his beautiful daughter Tiffany, the liht of his life. While raising a famiy and working full time he went to college and got his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He applied his degree at GM and spent the next twenty years living in Chicago and traveling the world repairing locomotives.

When Mike retired he moved back to Utah with his wife Jan to be near his family. Together they enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping and attending every family reunion. While in Utah they built his dream log cabin, and he thoroughly enjoyed the daily sightings of moose and deer.

By 2014, Jan realized Mike want to be near his daughter, so she made it her mission to get them to California. While she was only in California for eleven months, she made sure he reconnected with his brother and family.

Mike spent all of his time with family. He had a true heart of gold and he would give you the shirt off his back. If something was broken he would fix it, that's just the kind of man he was. On October 18th we were given the terrible news that he had cancer and twelve very short days later we were robbed of a wonderful and beautiful man.

Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die." John 11:25-26.
