Funeral will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Glencoe-Hokes Bluff Chapel for Robbie D King, 76, Glencoe, who died Saturday, Nov 24, 2007. Pastor David Denson will officiate. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Glencoe Hokes Blluff Funeral Chapel is in charge.
Mrs King was a member of North Glencoe Baptist Church. She was retired from Lynchburg Lanes in Virginia as a bowling instructor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy King; grandson, Michael Barber; parents, J T Mobley and Linnie Mobley Wright; and one sister, Evelyn Bullock.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Randy) Barber; grandsons, Ben (Donna) Huff and Jay Barber; great-grandsons, Noah, Eli, Luke and Jayce; brother, Ted Mobley; several nieces and nephews; very special friends, Betty Wilson and Susie Tillman; and a very dear pastor, David Denson.
The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be made to the North Glencoe Baptist Church building fund.
Pallbearers will be Derek Mobley, Ben Huff, Jay Barber, Steve Bullock, Terry Murphy and Bobby Yates.
