Born April 12, 1950 in Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Alvis Roland Redden and Lillie Mae Ross Redden.
Retired from House of Fabrics, she was a member of Gray Court Church of God, a loving mother, sister, aunt and grandmother; loved all her family and extended family.
Surviving are a daughter, Melanie Koon; son, William Koon Jr. (Milly); sister, Frances Pearson; four grandchildren, Jesse Koon, Summer Overstreet (Jalen), Hailey Koon, and Joseph Poole.
Predeceased by a sister, Julie Landin; a brother, David Lathen.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at Gray Court Church of God by Rev. Fred Bryant, Rev. Steve Christopher and Mr. Jesse Koon.
Visitation was held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2019, at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff, SC.
