RUSSELL'S OBITUARY
Russell "Red" Adams, 85, of Sistersville departed this life Wednesday, November 6, 2019 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. He was born March 19, 1934 in Tyler County a son of the late Laymond and Mary Stackhouse Adams.
Russell was a retired employee of the city of Palestine, TX. He was a United States Army Veteran.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Hogue Adams. A brother Laymond Adams.
Russell is survived by a daughter, Linda Harris, Sistersville. Two brothers; Marshall Adams, Littleton, WV and Billy Adams, Paden City.
Family will receive friends 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday, November 9, 2019 the time of the service at Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne. Pastor Sarah Allen will officiate the service. Interment in Lazear Chapel Cemetery, Kidwell.
Military rights will be provides by the VFW and American Legion.
