He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Veronica Alexander Randall; two daughters, Racquel Foster (Jerarid Turner) and Katrina (John) Young; grandchildren, Aquaina Judge, Chanel Randall, Ja’Carde Foster, Ja’Caden Foster, I’Janay Young, I’Loniee Young, Aubree Young, Zuri Young,; one great grandson, Kohen Gaspard; five sisters, Sylvia Roberts, Carolyn Roberts, Freida Etienne, Rita Roquemore, Candis Davis; two brothers, Lee Randall and Guy Randall and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one son, Shannon James Randall; his mother, Theresa Noel Randall; his father, Ezra Randall; one son-in-law, Albert Foster and maternal grandparents, Roaul Noel and Lorina Noel.
