two sisters, Geraldine (Chuck) Cicchella, of Shelbyville, KY; Donna (Reed) Kidd, of Dunmor, KY.
two brothers, Douglas (Sherry) Malone, Dale (Lesa) Malone, both of Russell Springs, KY;
He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren
