Passed away Wednesday at VA Illiana Health Care in Danville, Illinois.

Son of Emory Milton and Esther Pauline Clift Cowan.
Survivors include a niece, a nephew, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings.

1958 graduate of Veedersburg High School.

Served in the US Army.

Retired from the Fountain County Highway Department, and had previously worked for Mitchell Construction in Veedersburg.

Cremation was chosen.
No public services. he will be cremated
