Michael DeWese Dugan: Passed away peacefully on October 30, 2019. Predeceased by his mother, Kimberly DeWese Dugan. Survived by his father, Mark Dugan; step-mother, Margaret Dugan; sister, Maggie Dugan; step-sister, Kathleen (Michael) Schoell; step-brother, Jonathan Covney; nephews, Ryan and Roland Dugan; many aunts; uncle; cousins; and a legion of fantastic friends.
Michael was born in Rochester, New York on May 6, 1986. He spent his life growing up in Fairport and Pittsford, New York. He graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School and The Ohio State University. Michael grew up playing many sports, including baseball, basketball and soccer. His favorite sport was golf, which he played growing up at Oak Hill Country Club. Michael was a diehard New York Giants and New York Yankees fan. Michael loved music, particularly music by the bands Grateful Dead and Phish. He loved to while away the hours talking about music with his friends and family.
Our family would like to thank all the wonderful caregivers who came into Michael's life during the last few years of his life.
Friends may call on Monday, November 4th, from 4-7 PM, at the funeral home, 2305 Monroe Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 5th, at 10:30 AM, in the Church of the Transfiguration, 50 West Bloomfield Road, Pittsford. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park.
