Surviving are his wife, Emma Hogue; daughter, Vickie Alane Hogue (Joseph West); son, Jerome (Mylien) Hogue; siblings, Clarence, Jimmy and Helen Hogue; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Susie Hogue; three sisters; and two brothers. Service is 11 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at Ellis Funeral Home, with calling one hour before service.
