Hilliard James Frisbee, 90, of 236 Austin Branch Road, Leicester died Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at his residence.
Mr. Frisbee was born in Madison County and was a son of the late Robert and Roxie Brown Frisbee.
Mr. Frisbee owned and operated a farm, worked for Blue Ridge Tractor for several years, and more recently Farm Equipment Co.
Mr. Frisbee is survived by his wife of 70 years, Selma McMahon Frisbee; daughter, Sandra Reeves and husband Don, of Leicester; sons, Roger Frisbee and wife Grace, Dwight Frisbee and wife Diane, all of Leicester, Donald Frisbee, of Asheville, and Carroll Frisbee, of the home; sisters, Effie, Margaret, and Maythorn; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Little Sandy United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Revs. Dennis Brown and Paul Sluder officiating. Burial will follow in the church's cemetery.
