Marge Smith on the 17th of March, 1962. The marriage was solemnized July 16, 1963 in the Manti Temple.
Guy was engaged in farming his entire life. He retired in the fall of 2003 due to health issues. He served on the Westview Canal Board and was a High Priest in the Gunnison 5th Ward. Most important to Guy was his family. He is survived by his wife, Marge of 45 years; children, Tyler G (Lianne) Coates of Phoenix, AZ, Tricia (David) Pratt of St. Louis, MO, Katie (Tyler R) Bench of West Jordan, UT;
grandchildren, Annaliese Coates; Danielle, Lauren, Nathan and Connor Pratt; Abby and Erin Bench. Also survived by brothers, Cleve, Boyd and Clyde; sisters, Mary, Nola, Zada and Clara.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gunnison LDS Stake Center with burial in the Gunnison City Cemetery
