Sister Sole Heir
Probate of the will of Mrs. Kathryn Perkins Diehl, 18 Mildorf St., who died Nov. 20, disposed of an estimated $12,000 estate. Sole beneficiary and executrix under the will is a sister, Miss Dorothy I. Perkins of the same address. The will was made in 1944 before the testatrix's marriage to Fred W. Diehl. Bechtold & Bernstein are attorneys for the estate.

PERKINS — Entered into rest, June 24, 1950, Dorothy I. Perkins of South Goodman. She is survived by two sisters. Mrs. Walter Herbert of Maple Springs. N. Y., and Mrs. Edson Brown of Buffalo, N. Y.; one brother, J. Carter Perkins Sr.; two nephews. She was a member of the Monroe Chapter No. 37, Order of Eastern Star.
Friends may call at Corbett's Funeral Home, 109 West Ave. Service Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
