June is survived by a special niece, Karen Brege of Tonawanda; and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Elwood in 2000, whom she married on August 20, 1960 in the Baptist Parsonage in Newark, New York; several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 2 till 6 PM, on Thursday, October 24th, at the Paul L. Murphy and Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11 AM, on Friday, October 25th, at the First United Methodist Church, South Main Street, Newark. Burial will be in the East Newark Cemetery.
