Linda Lee Hirsch Goodman
1941 - 2019

Early Life: Linda was born May 28, 1941, in Los Angeles, California, to Theodore and Pearl Ball Hirsch. She graduated in 1959 from Dorsey High School.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: On September 8, 1960, Linda married Robert Goodman, of Safford, Arizona, in the Los Angeles California Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Brigham Young University in 1963. She loved children and realized her dream of teaching kindergarten. She especially loved teaching art to her students and used her talents to fill her students fridges with creative works. This love of children was even more apparent with her own family. Linda was a proud mother and grandmother. She loved recounting the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren to anyone who would listen. Linda always put her family first. She was a loving, devoted mother to her children and caring, sweet grandmother to her grandchildren. She loved her family so much and it was evident in how she cared for them; she loved spending all the time she could with them, talking to her daughter every day on the phone and attending every event to support them. Her daughter looks to her as her hero. She danced at Brigham Young University and loved it. Linda's life was centered around Christ and she built her life with high standards and morals that showed her love of Christ. She was a true example of living righteous. Her smile lit up the room and she will be deeply missed by many. Linda Lee Hirsch Goodman passed away October 21, 2019, in Orem, Utah. She was 78.
