Mrs. Cynthia Sanders, age 59, of the Marvin Community, died Tuesday, October 22, 2019, in Serenity Place in Dublin, after an extended illness. She was a native of Toombs County and was a 1978 graduate of Toombs Central High School. She worked as a paraprofessional at Cedarwood for nine years and also worked in the family business, Sanders Farms. She was a former member of the Hardens Chapel United Methodist Church and attended the Providence Missionary Baptist Church. Cynthia was an artist and was passionate about her horses. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Brinson, Sr. and Elizabeth Braddock Brinson; and one brother, Greg Brinson.

Mrs. Sanders is survived by her husband of forty-one years, David H. Sanders of Marvin; three children, Brandy Sanders Hall and husband Mitch of Marvin, Jamie Sanders Carter and husband Josh of Glennville, and D. Clay Sanders and wife Hollie of Vidalia; one sister, Diane Brinson Hart and husband Jimmy; two brothers, Larry Brinson, Jr., all of Cedar Crossing, and Tony Brinson and wife Denise of the Johnson Corner Community; nine grandchildren, Jacob Rush, Weston Rush, Madison Hall, Dalyn Rush, Gavin Hall, Kinsley Carter, Colton Carter, Caden Carter and Miles Sanders; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Friday, October 25th, at 3:00 p.m. in the Providence Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Jarrell Lillard and Pastor Robert Farrell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Friday afternoon from 1:00 until just prior to the service.
