Wellsboro, Dec. 27. - Berton M. Potter, aged 65 years, formerly of Wellsboro, died in Washington, D.C., Dec 23. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. T. Winspur Allen of Rochester, N. Y.; one son, Laurence J., Washington; a sister, Mrs. T. A. Crichton of Wellsboro and a brother, Edwin S. Potter of Washington.
