Bobbie’s mother died shortly after childbirth. She was raised by grandparents until they became too elderly to care for her. At that time, she went to live with her Aunt Jennie Duggan. Bobbie was raised with her cousin, Dan Duggan, whom she loved and considered to be her brother.
Upon graduation from Shattuck High School, Bobbie moved to Oklahoma City to begin working at Tinker Air Force Base as a Secretary.
It was there she met and married her first husband, with whom she had two daughters, Nikki and Kristi. After her divorce, she met and married her true love, Paul Walker, in 1975. They remained married until Paul passed away in 2006. She lived most of her life in Oklahoma, with only a brief 5 years divided between Memphis, Tennessee and North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Bobbie was a stay-at-home wife & mother for a large part of her life. She was a kind, caring, and loving person. She loved to sew and to take care of her family.
Bobbie is survived by her daughters: Nikki & Kristi; son-in-law, Donald; grandchildren Ali, Kelli, and Joshua; great-grandchildren Stefan, Shelton, & Courtney; and great-great-grandchildren Jaida, Jacarri, & Levi.
