Graveside services were held at the Maeser Cemetery Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. for Christopher Bodily, who was born and raised in this ward but now of Salt Lake City. Mr. Bodily lived in Gusher or Moffit Ward many years. He raised a family of five sons and two daughters.

Funeral services were held in Salt Lake City pror to bringing the body here for burial. Services consisted of W. E. Bodily conducting Mrs. May and Lucille Calder singing, "Oh My Father," Lester Bingham gave the innovation after which Russell Todd, friend and old acquaintance, gave a talke, W. E. Bodily gave remarks and the Calder sisters sang, "There is a Life Eternal." John G. Hacking gave the benediction and Joseph H. Bodily dedicated the grave.

Chris Bodily had filled two foreign missions in his early life. He served as Bishop of Moffat Ward twenty-eight years. His children are Norman, Garn, Val and Rulen Bodily, Mrs. Clarence Goodman and Mrss Afton Bodily who came from her mission.

Mrs. Melvin Jorgensen and son of Moses Lake, Washington came and many friends and neighbors of the family from Gusher came to the burial. Also B. O. Colton from Roosevelt and Mr. and Mrs. Todd.
