Amos Franklin Bryant, age 87, of Villa Rica, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2019 surrounded by family.

He was born on July 29, 1932 in Marietta, Georgia. His parents were Irene Norton and John Thomas Bryant.

His greatest blessings were the times he spent with Linda Allen of 41 years. She survived him, as do his beloved children Barry Bryant, Sherri Bryant Pike, Wesley Bearden and Jeffery Bearden. He is also survived by his sister Bobbie Combee, and he will be greatly missed by his 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

He retired from the military in 1989 as a Chief Master Sergeant, having 42 years combined service with the Air Force and Georgia Air National Guard 116 Tactical Fighter Wing stationed at Dobbins AFB.

Visitation will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home on Sunday, October 6th, 2019 from 12PM to 2PM. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2PM. Mr. Bryant will then be buried at Liberty Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society and American Humane Society.
