Lucien L. Cochran, 77, 205 13th Street N.W., Ft. Payne, died Monday at 6:30 a.m. at Dekalb Hospital.

Service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Glenwood cemetery.

Survivors are sons, Louie P. Cochran, San Pedro, Calif., C. Earl Cochran, Wilmington, Calif., William C. Cochran, Los Angeles, Calif.; daughters, Mrs. Margaret C. Oliver, Birmingham and Mrs. Lola C. McCartney, Atlanta, Ga.; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Mr. Cochran was a member of the First Methodist Church and was a retired accountant.
