It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce on Sep. 25 2019 Kevin L Jackson slipped quietly Into the Night. Born May, 23 1954 Hamilton Ohio.

He was raised in Williamsdale Ohio where he was the youngest of 4. He loved the adventures of childhood like playing army with little green plastic soldiers and lighting off fireworks offten combining the two together. He loved baseball, football and especially basketball & billiards he offten would get Chester's Pizza his favorite and go to the old Hamilton Plaza Pool hall as an older teen. he was a devout fan of the Reds, Bengals, Greenbay packers, Celtic, Ohio State football and UK basketball. he was a bicycle paperboy most of his childhood and teens saving his money for collage and also worked and managed the Holiday Auto Drive-in Movie Theater during the drive-in heydays as a teen an young adult where he met his future wife who was a co-worker there.

Kevin graduated New Miami Vikings class of 72' where he received a basketball scholarship to Miami University he went for a short time then left to marry the love of his life Gail (Hibbard) Jackson he went on to work at Champion Paper in Hamilton for a short stint then on to Bearings Inc. / Applied Technologies where he worked for 43 years working in house as a contractor with Miller Brewery for over half of his career there retiring in 2016. He deeply loved America, history, gardening, bird watching, the great outdoors, playing cards and games, cooking, bonfires and spending time with his family.
Kevin was a devoted loving kind Husband, Father, and Grandfather. He was a very hard working man's man who idolized John Wayne, Johnny Cash - June Carter, Clint Eastwood, Larry Bird etc. He honored respect and respected honor. He was a stern man with a large heart and smile and a sarcastic morbid sense of humor and loved a good laugh. He was always there for his Family and anyone in need regardless of the sacrifices it took. He absolutely loved the simple life. He was our family rock and a great American loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Clarence L. Jackson and his mother, Ethel (Roll) Jackson his brother Clarence Jr. (Buzz) Jackon and sister Karen Jackson, sister-in-law Gloria "Jeanie" (Hibbard) Weatherspoon and brother-in-law William Hibbard and is survived by his wife Gail (Hibbard) Jackson, his three children, Christopher Jackson (Cindy), Eric Jackson (Kristen), Amber (Jackson) Rice (Rick) grandchildren Natalie Jackson, Joshua Rice and his brother Kent Jackson and brother-in-law Robert Hibbard and nephews Harrison L Witherspoon, Alan L Witherspoon (Vicy) and other extended family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
