ALICE'S OBITUARY

Alice Marie Wright was born December 8, 1945 in Anderson, Missouri, the daughter of Grover Cleveland and Founty Missouri (Knox) Abercrombie.

She entered into rest on September 23, 2019 in Joplin, following a short illness at the age of 73.

Alice was a lifelong area resident and had worked at Granby Garment Factory and Sunbeam Products. She enjoyed doing genealogy, traveling and she never met a stranger. She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church and was the church pianist.

Alice and Charles Neal Wright were married on June 27, 1965 in Joplin and he survives.

Additional survivors include three sons, Tony Lee Wright of Houston, Texas, Terry Dean Wright and wife, Donna of Anderson and Todd Alan Wright of Stella, Missouri; two grandchildren, Ryan Riener and wife, Brooke and Makenzie Wright; one great grandson, Landyn and a sister, Mary Ruth Schneider and husband, Freddie of Anderson.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Jake Aaron Wright. Contributions to honor Alice may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.

Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery, Longview, Missouri. Contributions in memory of Alice may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, Missouri 64850.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho Chapel.
