Mrs. Taylor was born in Wayne County to November 23, 1935 to the late John and Mary Hobbs Hines.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Taylor.
Homegoing services will be held Friday, September 27, 2019 at Noon in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Old Mill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 11 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
