Barbara D. Hartley, age 79 of Moundsville, WV died Thursday, September 12, 2019 at home.
She was born August 13, 1940 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of the late David and Anna Loyek Miller.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church and attended Hillview Terrace Church of Christ; was a retired Beautician from Creative Cuts, Moundsville, with 60 years of service; and she enjoyed sewing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lynn Ellen Hartley.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, John Hartley; a daughter, Diane (Barry) Alderman of Charleston, WV; a brother, Dr. William Marshall of Uniontown, PA; a grandson, Grant Alderman of Charleston; two nieces, Katherine (Michael) Skocik, and Jessica (Christopher) Regan, all of PA; and two great-nieces and nephews, Rowan and Olive Skocik.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 11am at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville with Andy Robison officiating.
Interment in Mt. Rose Cemetery, Moundsville.
