Funeral services will be held at St. John Berchmans Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10 a.m. for Marie Myers Doga, 90 who died Friday, April 23, 2010 in American Legion Hospital in Crowley, Louisiana.
Interment will be in the St. John Berchmans Cemetery in Cankton, Louisiana.
Surviving are one daughter, Enola Thibodeaux and husband Myrtline of Duson, five sons, Luther Myers and wife Merle of Duson, Al Myers and wife Gloria of Rayne, Andrew Myers and wife Jane of Duson, Harry Myers of Duson, Curney Myers and Mona of Lafayette, twelve grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leazphor Myers, second husband, Louis Doga; one son, Forestier Myers; one daughter, Mary Lou El'Samarayl; parents, Joseph Seaux and Margaret Soileaux Seaux; ten brothers, two sisters; one daughter-in-law, Debbie Myers; three grandchildren.
She was born Sunday, April 4, 1920 in Bosco, Louisiana daughter of the late Joseph Seaux and the late Margaret Soileaux Seaux.
Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc. Rayne, Louisiana, Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 from 8 a.m. until 9:15 a.m.
