Robert was born June 21, 1973 son of the late Bill Bumgarner and the late Ina Bumgarner.
Robert was preceded in death by his loving father and mother Bill and Ina Bumgarner.
Left to cherish his memories are his two children Robert and Danielle Bumgarner and their mother and great friend Kimmarie Kriz Pugh; four grandkids; his brothers, Terry, Butch, and Billy Bumgarner; his loving most dearest aunt and uncles Angie "Mary" and Don Sparks, Linda and BJ McCall, Barbara Sofia; his sisters he never had, loving nieces, Samantha and Katrina Bumgarner; great nieces, Taleigha Gibson and Sutton Rostad and many cousins, nieces, and nephews!
The family invites guests to visit on Saturday, September 14, 2019, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremation located at 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. A graveside memorial service will follow immediately, in the park, at 11:00 am.
