Mildred was a very patient person. She loved nothing more than going fishing and she could out stay and out fish all of us! She may not catch anything, but it was the peace and quiet of nature all around her that drew her. And she loved to cook! Mildred was a wonderful cook. She could cook anything and everything, and well. And she had the patience to teach her skills to anyone who wanted to learn. But Mildred had the advantage of coming from wonderful cooks. Her mother was a great cook, and so was her Grandmother Moseley! She was a culinary genius! Mildred will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. She was a strong person, a person who always had time to listen.

Graveside service: Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, OK.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers or other considerations, donations be made to Hospice of the Pines or the American Cancer Society.
