Jack K. Bishop age 83, of Oneida, Tennessee, departed this life on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. He was born June 16, 1936 in Barrier, Kentucky to the late James Homer and Hattie Kidd Bishop.

In addition to his parents he is proceeded in death by his brother, James Houston; father and mother in law, Lucian W. and Ethel Kidd Burke; brother in law, Bob Foster.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alma Dean Bishop; children, Vickie Lewis and husband Paul, Lisa Cotton and husband Jamie, Cindy Clark and husband Mark; 5 grandchildren, Jacklyn Clark, Mark Clark Jr., Caroline Cotton, Luke Cotton, Nathan Monroe; 2 great grandchildren, Jace Smith and Waylon Monroe; sisters, Lois Foster, Velma Dobbs and husband Jack, Veda Whittis and husband Lee; several nieces, nephews, brother in laws and sister in laws, family and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 4:00 p.m., until time of funeral service at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida, with Bro. Philip Kazee and Bro. Johnny Acres officiating. Music will be provided by Zachary Sexton. Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019 in the Scott County Memorial Cemetery with full Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post #136.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
