Mr. David Ray Walls, 51, of McMinnville passed away on September 2, 2019 in Chattanooga, TN. He was born on November 22, 1967 in Woodbury, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester White Walls and Shelby Jean Thomas Walls; first wife, Janice β€œWoody” Walls; brothers, Ricky Walls and Jr. Walls; and a sister, Gladys St. John.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Walls of McMinnville; brothers, Selmer Walls of Murfreesboro, James Walls, and Howard Walls both of Woodbury; sisters, Joyce Bogle of Lebanon, Shirley Tittle, Freda Barlow, Geraldine Byford, Kathy Walls all of Murfreesboro, Thelma Pendergrast of Morrison, and Ann Davis of Woodbury; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mr. David grew up in a big family and learned how to become a jack of all trades. One of his favorite jobs and hobbies was working on vehicles. He enjoyed being outdoors. He loved raising roosters and his little dog, Hank. He taught Hank how to howl to music and danced with him through the house. He was a simple man with a good heart. He would help anyone. His nieces and nephews were special to hm and loved them dearly. Through his ups and downs he found a belief in God and had even become an ordained Baptist minister.
