FLORA THELMA BARTLOW was born 19 Jul 1910 at Sterling, Whiteside Co., Illinois, the first child of Benjamin Franklin Bartlow and Mary Oliva Tarvin. She was a school teacher in Sterling, Illinois. She married 27 Jun 1935 Charles Farnham. They adopted one child. She died 6 May 1989 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Sterling, Illinois.
