Milton A Phillips Jr., 72, of Bay St. Louis, died Wednesday, Sept 16, 1998 in New Orleans.
Mr. Phillips was a native and lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis and was a graduate of the University of Mississippi, Oxford. He was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton Anthony and Wena Caroline Gex Phillips; and a brother, Walter James Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Dot Phillips of Bay St. Louis; a daughter Noel Fell of Mobile, Ala; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept 18, 10:15-11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis followed by celebration of Mass. A private graveside service will be conducted at a later date.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
