Mrs. Ada Cranson passed away at her home in Hubbardston Thursday evening, March 8th, at the age of 80 years, 10 months and 24 days.
Funeral services were held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lillian Chick at Maple Rapids Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial in the West Side cemetery at Hubbardston.
Ada Hale was born April 12th, 1864 near St. Johns. Nov. 23 she was united in marriage to Stephen F. Cranson, and to this union four children were born, Grant F., of Detroit, Edna Karper, of Dearborn, Laurence M., who died when a young boy, and Lillian Chick of Maple Rapids. Her husband passed away about four years ago. Surviving, besides the above mentioned, are four grandchildren.
